feat: 添加打包脚本和应用程序图标

- 新增 package-scripts 目录，包含 Inno Setup 安装包打包脚本
- 在 Avalonia-PC.csproj 中配置应用程序图标
- 更新 .gitignore 忽略打包输出目录和工具目录
