后端新增 POST api/files/compress 接口，使用 DotNetZip 将单个文件压缩为 ZIP， 密码固定为文件名去掉后缀，压缩前自动删除同名旧 ZIP。 前端新增 ConfirmModal 通用确认弹窗，替代所有 window.confirm/alert， 在文件列表中增加压缩按钮，压缩前显示确认弹窗。

Type Support for .vue Imports in TS
TypeScript cannot handle type information for .vue imports by default, so we replace the tsc CLI with vue-tsc for type checking. In editors, we need Volar to make the TypeScript language service aware of .vue types.
