Google's native Gemini API uses the URL action :streamGenerateContent to indicate streaming intent, not just the ?alt=sse query parameter. The current IsStream() only checks c.Query("alt") == "sse", causing all :streamGenerateContent requests (without ?alt=sse) to be treated as non-streaming.
